Answer: Yes.

2. Can anyone join ChatAny?
Answer: You have to be at least 13 years old to join ChatAny.

3. Question: How can I buy more gold coins?
Answer: Click on Recharge to buy more gold coins. You can use any major credit card. The gold coins will be added to your account as soon as the credit card is accepted.

4. Will my gold coins expire?
Answer: Your gold coins will not expire if you login at least once a year. If you have not logged in for more than one year, your account and gold coins may be archived. Should it happen, you can contact customer support to reactivate your account.

5. Can I refund my gold coins?
Answer: Any member can request a refund when he or she has accumulated more than 54,000 gold coins.

6. Question: Is there a service charge for the refund?
Answer: Yes, there is a 30% service charge.

7. Where are online people?
Answer: You have to add friends before you can see your friends online.

8. How to add as friend?
Answer: Right clicking on the avatar then select "Add as Friend" or search for members with the criteria you set.

9. How to use?
Answer: Right clicking on yourself or other avatars to see various options. About me is your personal profile.

10. How to find people?
Answer: Click on the name of an online friend to send a real-time message or invitation. Click on the room number after the name of an online friend to go to the room to find your friend.

11. What are gold coins for?
Answer: To buy items from the shopping mall.

12. Is this public chat room?
Answer: Every member has his/her own chat room. Room background and item picture can be uploaded and replaced.

13. How to move my avatar?
Answer: Left clicking and drag on your avatar.

14. Why are some avatars not speaking at all?
Answer: The avatar with a blue square (mini computer) is an automatic traveling avatar. When members are off line, their avatar will travel to make friends based on the setting they gave. When you see automatic avatars, you can click “About me” to decide if you want to make friends with them or not.

15. What are items for?
Answer: To decorate your room.

16.How do I change my personal information?
Answer: From top menu bar's "My Profile"=>"My Profile". On "my profile" page, click on "About me"; in the middle of the page.

17. How do I change my avatar?
Answer: From top menu bar's "My Profile"=>"My Avatar". Click on "Edit Avatar" to edit.

18. Why he has something to drink?
Answer: When away or leaving a while, mouse right click on your avatar and select "Status" to change your status.

19. How to change my avatar?
Answer: Go to the "My Profile"=>"My Profile"=>"Recharge" One USD is 500 gold coins.

20. How do I put items into my room?
Answer: Go to "My Profile"=>"My Items"=>"Put in Room" or go in your room and click on the button that says "Add Item".

21. Will there be unpleasant people here?

Answer: This tells you that someone has written a message in the chat window. You can turn off this sound by clicking the microphone directly below the chat window.

23. How do I change the color of my text?
Answer: Clicking on the "A" directly below the chat window will allow you to select another text color.

24. How do I get to another room?
Answer: To go to other rooms, you can click the house icon next to your online friends'; names or you can click on the "Browse Rooms" button above the chat room you are currently in and input the room number you wish to go to.

25. How do I send private messages?
Answer: Above the text window, there is an option to send messages to any one person in the room.

26. What do I do if I can't hear audio?
Answer: Please check for or download Macromedia flash player plug onto your browser again.

27. What do I do if the audio is intermittent?
Answer: Please check your network connection or clean up browser cached files.
To clean up browser cached files in IE 7, go to Tools->Internet->General Tab->Click "Delete" button in "Browser History" ->click "Delete Internet Files" button in "Temporary Internet Files".
To clean up brower cached files in IE 6.x, go to Tools->Internet->General->Click "Delete Files" button->Check "Delete all offline content" and click "Delete" button.
To clean up browser cached files in FF, go to Tools->Clear Private Data->Check "Cache" and click "Clear Private Data Now" button.
